Claims and disputes

Pre-order or scheduled policy

50% of the order value is paid upon creating the order and choosing the preferred delivery date, 5 days before the delivery day. The remainder of the invoice, which is 50%, is paid. If the payment is not completed, the customer is not entitled to claim the return of the first payment, which is 50%, after 72 hours have passed from the creation of the order and payment. .

Shipping, risks and expiry date:

The customer must provide the delivery person with the address correctly and completely, and the “Jack Platform” is not responsible for any errors in the address recorded in our audio or digital records.

Every effort will be made to ship and deliver the order according to the dates that were agreed upon verbally or in writing in our correspondence with the customer or within the time period specified on the site, but the site is not responsible for delaying the delivery of any order in circumstances beyond our control.

The ownership of the product is transferred to the buyer as soon as the order is shipped to the address registered in the order, and until this time the ownership of the product remains with Jack, and the buyer has the right to claim the amount of the order according to the cancellation, return and replacement policy.

Responsibility for the risks of loss or damage to the order will pass once it is delivered to the buyer and he is not entitled to recover the value of the order.

Products are not returned or completely exchanged except in the following cases:

· - If the expiration date of the product is less than half of the period.

· - If the recipient finds factory damage to the product during receipt.

In other than these cases, the customer is not entitled to claim a return or replacement
